Delete your Baize account and data
This page is for the app Baize, published under the developer name shown on its store listing. Deleting removes your account, every database row that belongs to it and every cloud backup. It cannot be undone, so export your sessions first if you want to keep them (Settings, Export).
In the app, two minutes
- Open Settings, then Cloud.
- With an email account: tap Delete account. Without one (the phone backs up under an anonymous account from the start): tap Delete cloud data.
- Confirm twice. The account, its rows and its backups are removed at once; the copy on the phone is removed with the app's data.
By email, if you no longer have the app
Write to hello@baize.app from the address on the account with the subject "Delete my account". The deletion runs within seven days and you get a confirmation. An authorized agent can write on your behalf; proof of the authorization and of the account will be asked for.
What is deleted, what is kept
- Deleted: the account, your sessions, hands, transactions, tags, settings, saved views, line-check records and every backup file.
- Kept for a limited time: server request logs without your data, which expire on their own, and billing records the stores keep for a subscription you bought through them.
- Anonymous accounts that were never used again are pruned automatically after 60 days.
