Write to hello@baize.app. You get a reply from the developer, usually within a day.

What to include

• Your phone model and the app version, both shown at the bottom of Settings.
• What you did, what you expected, what happened instead.
• If the app showed its error screen, tap Share report there and paste what it gives you. It carries no hand or money data.

Your account and data

• Your data lives on your phone and is backed up to the cloud under your account; an email account lets you restore it on another phone (Settings, Cloud).
• Export everything as CSV at any time from Settings. Import is free as well.
• To delete your account and every copy of your data, see Delete your account.
